Diamond by Murphy micro limb bow?

Does anyone have any information about a recurve bow marked with a label "Diamond by Murphy" and "Genuine Micro-Limb".

The first decal is in the shape of a diamond on the backside of the riser. The other is a round decal on the lower limb with a picture of a micrometer. The bow is not marked with AMO, but instead S.L. for string length. Judging by materials and construction, I'm guessing late 50's early 60's. Anyone? CKruse

Hello Jack, The Jet has been joined by a Classic! Both are doing well.  I did say above that I'm guessing the bow to be late 50's early 60's. I'll try to get a picture on here sometime soon. Just been too busy!  :p

There's a Diamond that come and gone a few times on the auction site, zebrawood riser, a short bow, I think low 40#'s. Theseller says it was her Dad's bow and is asking a fortune even though she has no clue what the bow is. When it first popped up I was curious and read somewhere that the Murphy bows had problematic gluing and were prone to catastrophic failure. No thanks. Pretty, though.

Well, that answers at least some of my questions. I think I'll pass on the catastrophic failure too.
