Another to avoid
« on: June 10, 2008, 10:27:00 AM »
irishwolf64. Bought a bow on epay on May28, still have not recieved.Claims to ship within 48hrs by priority mail, lives 300 miles away. Sent messages, were not answered till last night, claims he sent me e-mails which he did not. Claims it must be lost in the mail    and that he insured it and will refund my money, but hasnt yet. If not for the unanswered messages I might believe him. Guess I'll give it a few more days and hope I'm wrong.

What city and state did you buy the bow from?
Would you do me a favor?  Go stand under that tree and put this apple on your head.  Com'on just once.

it was in upper ohio around Cleveland I believe. I understand the flooding could delay it, it is avoidance of my messages and saying he sent me e-mails(which I havent recieved) that makes me think otherwise. I hope I am here making apologies soon but......

trapper...........delays are annoying, and unanswered emails are worse; but I would not worry too much in this case.
The seller has an outstanding record-580 auctions with 100% satisfaction rating.

still no bow and no refund. When I asked about my refund, got some sob story about how he couldnt afford a refund till Friday(today). He claims the bow was shipped June 2 but has never contacted me to see if its arrived or anything, just immediately offered a refund when I told him I hadnt recieved it. I think its obvious it never shipped, I'll be surprised to see my refund. Stear clear of this guy!!!
