i have two options shoot 410 grain arrows with muzzy 125 broadheads
or 385 grain arrows with satellite tnt cut on contact broadheads

I don't think it makes much difference with the examples listed. I like to shoot arrows with total weight 8 to 10 grains per pound of bow for good performance. This helps keep the bow quiet and get the most energy from it.
When shooting 50 pounds and below I prefer cut on contact heads.
Shoot a deer through the ribbs and avoid the heavy bones and you'll have no problems.

It will make no difference if the lighter arrow has the extra weight in the head. It has been proven ann arrow with high FOC will outpenetrate an arrow that is heavier but does not have the high FOC. That is why you are seeing weight forward technology coming out in arrow shafts. Shawn

Not much difference in the weight, but IMO the Muzzy's are far better heads than the Satellites and THAT can make a big difference.
