Get a hold of Tim Roberts. He owns a couple and swears by them.

G.C. You looking at a one piece or a takedown? I have one of Neil's td longbows and absolutely love it. Quiet, quick, and smooth. I know he's quite busy but you may want to give him a call soon if you are interested as I think he is planning on raising his prices after the first of the year to defray some extra costs due to the fuel prices and getting lumber, glass, etc. Still a good buy though.

As for the 3 piece take down, they are a very nice bow. I have one, one on order and just traded for a older one that I need to go and pick up. Neil's bows are of the highest quality, and a finer person is hard to be found. I know this sounds a little like a "used car sales pitch", but if it weren't true I wouldn't say it.

I guess if we run into the bear that is making these tracks, we oughta just get off the trail.......He seems to like it!

Tim,
Thanks for the reply,I've pretty much narrowed
my search to either the Bear Paws 3 piece longbow
or a Pronghorn 3 piece longbow I've heard alot
about the Pronghorns just hadn't heard that much
about Neils bows. Thanks again for the reply

Tough choice!
The Pronghorn is one of the other few bows that I have shot. After shooting one I almost bought one. While a Pronghorn is a very sweet shooting bow, a Bear's Paw has a custom fit, unlike any other bow I have ever picked up. In the long run I was glad I waited and bought the Bear's Paw!
