Resurrected Beauty
« on: November 08, 2008, 05:54:00 PM »
I found this neat old bow on the auction site several months ago and it seemed to say to me.  "If you can get past my looks, there's still a few good shots left in these old limbs"

I couldnt resist the temptation. When the bow arrived I strung it up and after deciding that it did indeed have a few shots left, I contacted the late Al Harford and ordered a decal package for it.

Thanks Al, for your help in resurrecting another beauty.

My first look at the bow, Some of you may have seen it.

Here's what a little TLC did for the old bow and there truly are alot of good shots left in those limbs.
Mike from "the Nocking Point" had a Bear quiver bracket laying around and sent it to me for the project. Thanks Mike

Thanks Guys, it's a really fun bow to shoot.

I'm not quite ready to head to British Columbia and shoot 60 yds at running Caribou with it yet, but it's a neat bow.

Beautiful! I've got one in the works that will be my small tribute to Al. He helped me out with the decals on a real beater! I'll try to get it done soon and show her off. CKruse
