Help identifying bow
« on: April 30, 2023, 09:27:14 AM »
I have a vintage bow with no markings left anywhere. It had been spray painted by previous owner. Was very careful to remove the paint but never found any numbers. I am curious to what it is. If you may have a suggestion in the right direction that would be appreciated. It had a leather spiral wrap grip if that helps. I measured it to be 54# @28 inches draw weight and 61” long. The green woven glass reminds me of some Shakespeare and older Hoyts. The pictures from vintage archery catalogs are the closest I can find to it. Fun to shoot, thanks for looking. I am not sure if I have posted this question in the correct place, if not I would like to move it there.
