Bear Kodiak Magnum brace ?
« on: January 27, 2009, 10:53:00 AM »
Hi guys,
thanks for the help..Tomorrow I'll spray the last hand of varnish on my '71 Kodiak Magnum.
Now I 'd like to know how much high is the standard brace and nocking point.
Any suggestion about the arrow ? It is a fifty # and my draw is 28".
Thank you my friends

Start your brace height at 7 inches and work your way up from there. Some of those 52 inch bows had a pretty high brace height as much as 8 inches. I like to use flemish strings and twist my way up to the best performance. I think 7 1/2 to 7 3/4 will be your answer.
