John--I'll say Jay's does display your collection well.  I go there too often! I'm the guy walking around with a stiff neck from gawking at your bows-and wondering where Jay's got them. Now I know.

CrookedStick is right about the bow displays. When I'm in there and they ask if they can help me, I always point up on the wall and say "Yes, I'd like that one, that one, and the one over there". Hahaha. They, too, have a good sense of humor.

Been quite a while the last time I was in Andersons. Used to have to go down to Lansing every couple months for meetings and always tried to go over afterwards. Are they still in business?
The clinics I made it to were great.

CrookedStick and Steve- I'm very happy that you guys enjoy looking at the Bear display at Jay's.Every time I go up there I find myself with a stiff neck too looking at all of "my" bows and other memorabilia.I still remember when I initially aquired many of those bows.At times I wish I still had them all but mostly I am happy that others like yourselves can enjoy them any day of the week.
Steve- Anderson Archery is no longer around.I think the auction was the end of an era.

Wow..thanks for sharing that bit of history. I wish we had that kind of history here in Kansas City,MO.

Come to think of it..if I remember correctly..didn't Bass Pro buy Fred Bears museum?

If so that is only a three hour drive.

Kurt- I have taken a couple of photos of the display from a distance.Tried to get as much stuff in a picture as possible but it's kinda hard. They've got the stuff spread out on the back wall of the archery dept so if you try to get alot in one picture you don't see much detail.I'll see if I can find the photos I had taken awhile ago but I will take more next time I'm up there. It really does look great and I think every archery dept.should have a wall full of old Bear stuff.Unfortunately even I can't fondle them anymore.I miss that! LOL
