" Turkey Poison" bow

I just finished this bow and wanted to share it with you guys. I needed a short bow for turkey hunting out of my blind. Like a dummie I had sold both my Kodiak Mags. I made this bow from a 4" dia Red Cedar sapling, backed with Hickory as thin as I could get it. 54", 50#@26".I pushed the edge on this one! It's held up so far,no frets etc.One and a half inch of set. Shoots quick. Named it " Turkey Poison".

Very nice job. The snake skins look extra nice! Really liked how you combined them.

Thanks fella's. The Copperheads were too short so I came up with the overlay from some scraps. Hopefully I'll put her to the test in the morning!

Very nice Kendall. By the way, I have a 45# super Mag I would be willing to trade for it!
Just kidding! I love the snake skins.
