1956 Bear Kodiak RH 54#
« on: June 04, 2009, 07:32:00 PM »
I'm contemplating letting my 56 Kodiak, 54# and 64" go. It's sound and a good shooter, original except for string, with normal wear marks. Limbs nice no cracks or holes. Before I put her up on Traditional bows, I thought a collector might want a first crack.

This bow got me into Bear Bows and I've been getting recurves and they just feel better and shoot better for me. That skinny double shelf and longbow handle just bedevil me.

Email me if you have an interest and I can send pics

Sam, Nice thinking about offering it here first. I have sold / bought a few here. Seems as though sometimes more people who appreciate the old Bears hang out here. Much Success!!! I have seen pics and it is a nice looking bow.  John

Yes it's for both LH and RH which makes the shelf very much like a longbow. Interesting bow

the Bow is sold to seboomook  btw, and thanks to all for your interest. An old Bear stays in the trad gang
