My only 1961 Kodiak has several stress lines, upper, lower, front and back. I have heard this was a fairly common problem on the 61's. My two 62's are totally strss crack free. Any explanations for this or is it just the bows I happen to have?

I think it is easier to find Elvis at a Mariner's game than finding a '61 without stress lines.
...and this is my theory why you see so few '61 Kodiaks. They were recalled so widely that only a few were left to survive.
