Frank,

I've got a couple of old mail-order archery catalogs (Kittredge and Robin Hood) that both show the Pearson Silencer TD first appearing in about 1973. I'm not sure how long it was offered.

No. 973, 5'2", 25-55 pounds, $69.50

The 1961 Robin Hood Catalog shows the Palomino as...
No. 970, 5'8", 35-65 pounds, $79.50
No. 971, 5'6", 30-65 pounds, $79.50
No. 973, 5'2", 25-55 pounds, $79.50

The 1958 Ben Pearson Catalog page 3 shows only one Palomino...
No. 971, 5'6", Available in weights to 75 pounds
