Cravotta Bros.

I have someone that wants to trade me a Galaxie Appolo. It is 35# at 28", and looks to have a long target site on the belly side. The bow looks to be in mint condition. He wants to trade for one of my Bamboo backed bows I make but I don't know anything about these bows.
Can someone educate me ? Eddie

I have a Blackhawk Scorpion bow made by Cravotta Bros. Mine is a R/D longbow, not a recurve like the Apollo, but it has been my go-to bow for hunting this year. I think it's a very well made bow and a great shooter, and the other Cravotta bros. bows I've seen have been very nice as well.

Just one guys opinion but I think they made some good quality bows. Mine is 40 years old and still goin' strong.

Thanks for the reply. It's a pretty bow but I'm kinda not excited about the draw weight. Besides I just got a '56 KS,35# @ 26"in excellent condition for one of my bows.
