'63 Griz Tips
« on: January 16, 2010, 09:23:00 PM »
Can anybody tell me whether it would be a good idea to narrow the tips on my '63 Grizzly. You know how they are real square on the ends, I would like them more pointed similar to a '59 or '60 Kodiak.
Any thoughts would be great.
Thanks,
Brent

Bret,
Here are the tips off a 1962 Kodiak, I'm sure the '63 would look great with this style and function very well..Roy

Bad for originality and maybe resale but no problem hurting the bow. Jim

I have done that to a few bows including that year grizzly-used a '59 Kodiak as the goal. I no longer have the bow or I'd take a pic. Bowdoc did that to a bow as well and preferred the look.
