Converting a one-piece to breakdown
«
on:

Recently committed to a FireFly 3-piece takedown because I need something a little more portable for occaisional trips to KY. Anyway, I still love my Morrison Dakota and was wondering if there is a reliabe means to convert it to a two-piece takedown and who could do the work? Would be great to have a primary and backup bow for those out of state jaunts.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Ted at raptorarchery.com could do it for sure; others too, maybe even Bob at Morrison if he has time.

Hey lost,
I was looking to do that same thing with a bow I mistakenly made lefty, but sold it before I got 'round to-it. It can be done for sure. You going to do the coneversion yourself or someone else? Best bets I know of are above, but check around with different bowyers out there too
