i have a 53 lb and hd a 48 lb i killed a ten pointer with each one this year, they are great short recurves if thats what your looking for. I have taken 16 deer with them and have had a pass through every time. They will do the job every time with correct shot placement...Curtis

I just got one, supermag. I have only put about 5 arrows through it due to time and darkness. First shot was about 3 inches right, It was already dark, so I would loose the arrow and then walk to target to see where it placed. 2nd shot was dead on. Next day put 3 arrows through it very nice group. I have 45# @ 28, it measured in at 47# at 28.

I have a K-Mag, a nice little bow. It does start to stack on me a tad and no I can't shoot it as well as a longer bow, but well enough.
Usually you can find them used real reasonable.

My son is probably too tall for his K-Mag and I'm sure it's stacking on him, but that doesn't keep him from shooting awfully well with it.
I dunno about the super mag, but that K-Mag is a sweet little bow.

I have a few K-mags, and love them.
How long is your draw?

I have 2 Kodiak magnums, both 60's vintage. Great little shooters. Especially in a ground blind. Amazing how light these little bows are and how well they can cast an arrow. I do get some finger pinch after about 30 shots but I enjoy shooting them enough that is of little concern. A shining example of 60's technology.

Killed my first deer with a K-mag in 1976 great little bow.I think you would be better served with the K-mag than the super 48" just a little too short for my taste.I now hunt with 58" bows but would not be afraid to go with my K-mag.Kip
