American Bowhunters Committee?
« on: July 15, 2010, 11:28:00 PM »
I have been reading some older articles this summer and have come across this organization a couple of time. I would like to know a little more about them, such as; when and by who were they founded; did they have a periodical; when did they disband; anything else would be helpful.

Thanks in advance
Lucas

The most important part of your hunting setup is the broadhead.  The rest is just the delivery system.

I read an article about Kiko Tovar being a member, and I found a second article about them having trouble with someone trying to steal the name of their magazine (they do/did have one) The American Bowhunter. I would still like to know more.

I found out that a gent named Marvin Almon published the magazine from Kentucky. Does anyone know if he is still alive?
