Separate the strands on the bow string so you have the same number on each side. Place the peep between the two sets of strands. The
tauntness of the strung up string holds it in place.
Now come to full draw and let the string fall in line with the pin sight. Adjust the peep up or down so you look through it to see the pin. This will be by trial and error.
Once you have the peep positioned right, tie dental floss above and brlow the peep to keep it from moving.
To use a pin and peep sight, you may have to experiment with different anchor points to find what works best.
If you are gonn use a peep, you just as soon go ahead and also use a kisser button. This is a plastic button that sits on the string and you place it so it hits right between your lips at full draw. This will insure a consistand anchor every time.
In effect you will end up with a three point anchor. 1 whereever your hand, index finger, or thunb ends up on tour face, 2 where the kisser button hits your lips, and three where your line of sight pears through the peep sight.
Although you will adjust your pin sight up or down for different distances, your peep will never need to move.
