Kodiak Mag- Almost there
« on: October 31, 2010, 08:45:00 AM »
Well I took some material off the sight window to get the Kodiak closer to center shot.  What a difference!  Between that and lowering the shelf and modifing the tips, it's now a ney bow.  I want to use a wipe on poly.  The spray satin varnish i used last time did not work well.  What do you guys use to hand apply a finish?  Thanks

When you get time, how about some pictures. Before during and after would be nice...

No problem, but I can only give you the afters. The tru oil went on better for me with a finger bowdoc.   Few coats to go.  I also need to replace the medallion I lost. Thanks for all the info and suggestions.
