Bear Super K risers
« on: January 19, 2011, 02:57:00 PM »
I have a pair of Super Ks from the 70's forward.   As I've looked at bows on this site I've seen a lot of Super Ks and it SEEMS to me that some Super Ks have longer risers than others.

Is that the case and if so, what years or models have shorter risers?   If you have any photos of SK's with shorter risers, would you please post them (again).   thanks

The riser (B) length is the same on the Super Kodiak's. The 64" has approximately a #3 limb and the 60" a #1 limb. The fades are a bit longer on the 64" model. Both bows can use the same quiver. If you are looking for a shorter riser you might consider the Kodiak Hunter or Kodiak Mag models.

Thanks, I was just thinking of the Super K risers.   Their lines are beautiful and I thought that I had seen one that was comparatively short in a 60" bow.   Must'uv been dreaming.
