How rare do you folks feel a Herter's model CV in birds eye maple is?

I've seen a few posted about in the last couple of years.  I've got one .  The birdseye in most of the ones I've seen is kind of "weak" as compared to a highly figured piece of lumber but it is still pretty.  If I'm not mistaken I believe Jim Davis has at least one of them also.
