I recently posted about my tragedy with a Ben Lee,bow signed by Fred Bear. Well redemption was in the making. Short story; My wife and I fought over the Grumley listed on that site who's name will be blocked as soon as I submit this post. She didn't want me to spend that money on a bid which ended at $2025. Well tonight I could kiss her for that fight. The next morning after the first listing she felt bad we had fought and told me that I could bid on the bow. I put a smile on my face, and kindly let her know that it was to late the auction had ended that night. Well for giggles some time, I can't remember if it was the next day or the day after I had checked to see if any more Grumleys had been listted, and low and behold there that bow was again. The first winner backed out of the purchase. I wouldn't have backed out because I knew of the bows blemish. Well I have been watching the bow this week, and put my sneak bid in with about 3 seconds remaining. I managed to get the bow for about half the price of the original listing. $1081 was what I paid. I am feeling a bit better after fighting with my wife last week about this bow, and about losing my whole autograph on the Ben Lee bow signed by Fred. This week is sure starting out better and I saved roughly $950 on the bow. Figured I would share my story. Ohh and the seller is a very honest man!!!! I can't say enough about him. That bow has good Karma!
