A new project
« on: February 01, 2013, 01:56:00 PM »
I recently came across this Quiver and the arrows pictured.

I personally think the Blue piece is a custom part for a bow that the previous owner must have had.

Can any of you guys fill me in on this quiver and also my most important request?

Can anyone help me locate a take down bear Kodiak B riser. I would like to either match the quiver year to the bow and have a period specific arrow set up to go with it, or to hit my birth year on the bow. (1986)

Anyways if anyone can help fill me in on this quiver and a bow serial number I should look for to match the quiver, or my birth year I would really appreciate it.

thank you,
Adam B

The blue piece was a owner modification. That quiver is from about 1977 by the logo.
You want a TD Kodiak riser....wood or metal? If wood then expect $1000 to $4000. These risers were only made 1969 to 1972. For 1977 it was a metal riser. For 1986 it would be the Green stripe wood riser- $400 $600.

No idea. Also some where around the mid 80s the Bear wood TD changed from a green stripe to a brown stripe with several factory brass inserts.
