Give Mike Steliga of Bruin Bows a call. He learned the craft from and worked for the owner of Staghorn Archery. I visited him last month and he has a number of Staghorn bows in his shop. Super nice guy!

I just talked to Mike at Bruin Bows. He said your bow is a Tempest as Papabear wrote.  The 67 means is 67" bow which Mike said translates into a 65 amo.  I couldn't completely make out the serial number from the picture but Mike said if he had that, he could look in his records and find out what year it was made.  I forgot to ask him about the brace height.  He said it would be no problem if you call him and that he is happy to help.  He loves to talk about bows and bow hunting.

You guys rule.

I will try to decipher the serial number.

Looks to be either JB9889, or JB9839

or J39889 or J39839
