Some Interesting Vintage Items
« on: February 02, 2014, 03:05:00 PM »
Been meaning to post some of the vintage odds and ends I've acquired. Was hoping to find any information I could on them. There are a few I've never seen before.  Thanks!

This is an old bear glove that came with a 1964 kodiak I bought:

I've got that same Cravotta Bros. tapering tool. Still use them from time to time.

I have a set of taper tools that I bought years ago from Don Brown archery. They look just like yours only they are all white. Made by same company? I bought the set because one of the adapters is for 3/8 shafts.
I also have one of those Broadhead sharpeners. For those of us who can not afford to collect bows the accessories are a way to reconnect with our younger days.
Great stuff!,

Don't know why,  but that is just what I think a glove should look like.  Nice collection!

I used to use a Hill glove close to the Bear.
A nice trick for them is, if the fingers are too long, twist the leather for snug fit on your fingers.
