Refinished Drake Hunter Flight
« on: January 21, 2015, 02:20:00 PM »
I purchased zippercurve's project Hunter Flight before heading to our farm in SC for the winter.  I refinished it this week just in time for my B'day.  It's a great shooting bow coming in around the low 40 pounds...tippit

I managed to save the original sticker...

I've adopted too many bows that needed a good home.

I love the Tru Oil finish and often use it on arrow shafting too.

I use Tru Oil on most of my wood knife handles too.  Plus it is so easy to add a touch up coat anytime.  My Dad used to make gun stocks and only used Tru Oil...guess it's genetic   :)
