I've had a few restorations done by the bowdoc over the years and I see a couple things:

1.  The writing is like that done by Don

2.  The grip is also like the ones he uses.

If you are really wanting confirmation, Don keeps a record of all serial numbers and could verify if this is his work.

Don is so busy with his work and other issues that contacting him may take a few days.
