Was given two black widow bows today. They are both take downs both black handles and are the older Wilson brothers bows. One has white limbs and is 65" long, 40# @28" , ser # 5409 and the name is the Ghost. The second is a hunting bow, 54" long 42# @ 25" and the serial number is 1692, had LB 1200 printed on it. . The black bow has wood laminated limbs with brown glass. It is also painted black and green (by the owner). I stipped just enought to see the wilson brothers sticker and the info that I posted above.
The limbs on the white bow appears to have a plastic coating on them. That coating is cracked on the top limb/tip overlay.
Will this hurt the bow, can I shoot it and is there any value to these bows.
I guess any info on them would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jon
