Early seventies from the KT prefix on the serial number. I am no expert in Kodiak Hunters but someone will nail the year down shortly.
That appears to be a clean well preserved bow. It probably needs some arrows run through it. I have a 1969 model and it is just enough different in the grip from my practice bow that I don't shoot it much.
Value, just guessing at $200 to $250. The bow is not highly collectable as Bear had ramped up production and was building a lot of bows at that time. I no very little about arrows as I don't collect them.

The Auction Site That Dares Not Speak Its Name sees plenty of these bows in similar condition routinely sold for under $200, often substantially under. Yours is the single most common draw weight of a bow produced in large numbers.

With the serial number starting starting with a K , a flush medallion coin, and no stabilizer bushing, I would say 1970. Stabilizer bushings started in 1971 and raised medallion coins in 1972.

Of all the KH bows, the 1970-1971 versions are the best looking and best shooting. (IMO, of course :D )
