JACK HOWARD SUPREME TARGET BOW # 2
« on: July 07, 2016, 10:07:00 PM »
I apologize for taking so long in getting this pics posted, but I am technologically  challenged.  First I had a tough time getting decent pictures.  Then I had trouble getting them on my laptop.  Now that all that is done I have emailed them to Charlie Lamb who is going to post the through Photo Bucket.

Once Charlie gets them posted, make sure your Family filter is turned off because this is definitely "Bow Pornography.

Jack -

Thanks again for taking the time to let us see and hear about this truly rare bow. And to Charlie for posting the pictures!

It sure looks like it was very similar in design to the Gamemaster.

How does it shoot for you?  Remind me,  what draw weight is it?

A handsome bow, indeed.

I've adopted too many bows that needed a good home.

It is in excellent condition with the exception of two spots.  The original owner installed a stabilizer bushing and did not do a clean installation.  He also installed a counterweight on the lower belly of the riser (removed).  A place where I see no use for a counter weight  If he did it for "looks" he failed miserable.  In doing so he put a crack in the rosewood overlay on the lower belly.  No structural damage and it will not effect the shooting but it is a "mar" on the
bow.

I have not yet shot it as it came without a string and I'm waiting for a proper one from Charlie Lamb.

This bow is in almost as good shape as the "Supreme Target bow number 1"  which was found in the box brand new.  Even if I had found one in rough used condition it would still be a treasure since only two are known to exist.  Hopefully there are a few more out there.
