Stemmler Stalker

Looking for help! I posted on Pow-Wow, should have posted here.

Need info. on Stemmler Stalker, 54" and 45#. Serial number 24040-172. Brace, manufacture date, etc.

My granddaughter bought it at ETAR and I plan to refinish it. Any info would be appreciated.
