Travis,
Your best bet if you're new to trad archery is to visit a local shop that has trad equipment and get them to loan you some arrows to try. Archery is simple but can get very complex. You've made a great decision coming to this site - really none better on the 'net.
Search out 'arrow spine' here and on the 'net to learn about arrow stiffness. That bow, if I'm reading it right, is a 28# bow at 28" draw. If you're of average height you probably draw around 28". A little taller, a little more than 28, shorter, a little less than 28. Get the shop to let you shoot 500 and 600 spine arrows to start with and see which flies better for you. Tuning your bow and your arrows before you shoot much will make your first steps into Trad Archery that much more enjoyable.
Good Luck!
Jack
