murder/suicide Prayers please

A husband shot his wife and himself. He had a serious illness and apparent depression. His wife is  a believer and had told friends that she had lead her husband to the Lord while he was facing the illness. The family will need prayer for comfort and understanding.

Lord, in your Mercy, hear our prayers. Only you can understand the depth of anguish that drives mortals to such decisions.

Be with those left behind. Help them to not wallow in self-guilt feeling they didn't do enough.

And Lord, help us all to be more aware of those around us who need comfort and Christian love when things are tough, that we might witness more to those in need without pressure. Amen and  Thank You Lord for loving us in spite of our unwise choices.
