Going with 3555 but need help

I started shooting the 2117 but decided to go with the GT Hunters 3555 and I need help getting the right weight for a 50# longbow at 29" and the right hunting tip.
I want to shoot the German Kinetics heads. The sound like great heads. And sharp!

I don't know what weight the Kinetics are, but my bow is about 50# and likes full length 3555 with 50 gr insert plus a 150gr head for a total of 200 up front.
And I like 4x4" fletching, but that's more of a personal thing.
Easton 500 shoot even better with same stuff up front.

My experence for 50 lbs. and 3555s is 200-250 up front cut at 29 ins and three 5 in feathers is the ticket.

My experience is about the same as the others.
I'm set up with #50 @ 29 inch arrow Iput 100 grns inside and 125 to 160 in the broadhead. I use 3 high profile 4 in parabolic. I like the idea that you can tune and use less feather on the carbons, save money on fletching.
