Prayers For My Sister
« on: March 23, 2008, 07:35:00 PM »
My younger sister was taken to the local Hospital early this morning. Due to complications of Type I Diabetes. Her blood sugar count was 724. She remains in critical/guarded condition in the intensive care unit.

Wow. What a day you've had, MLB.

Prayers for God's healing power to be on your sister and that her blood sugar might return to normal and baffle doctors so that He might be seen as the true source of healing on this Easter Day!

Keep the Son in your eyes!

Thanks Shell and everyone. I was up at the Hospital today to see my Sister. She is doing a little better but still in the critical/intensive care unit. Blood sugar has come down. Doctors aren't sure when there going to take the breathing tube out.

She has small veins and they couldn't get the IV in her arm. So they had to put it in her chest and when they did that her one lung collapsed.

God fixes what men mess up. Thank you, Lord for this small progress with the breathing tube.

Lord, Please continue to watch over your child and bring our sister back to full health with new knowledge of how to avoid such sugar issues.

We ask in Jesus' name. Amen.
