Prayer request Update#2 8/12/08

I've been having intestinal pain for the last couple of weeks and went to the dr today to see if they could find out what the problem is. They have some concern about a hard spot that they felt so they're setting up a ct scan to see what they find. I feel confident that everything is OK but always want God's covering.

Prayers for a complete clear CT today and they find something easily treatable as the source of this discomfort.

God cares for the faithful and you've presented that you are indeed that, my friend.

Hey Guys I think we've found the problem. Sorry back to the beginning. My doctors office wanted to wait on the ct scan until the dr got back so that's on hold BUT. The next morning the hard spot was gone and I had this Spirit supplied confidence that everything is OK. But will see my dr when he's back to confirm what I know. Now here's what I found. My hands started to swell, turn red, and itch like crazy. Started to think maybe I'm allergic to something so took an antihistamine and my intestines settled down and so did my hands. Now I have to figure out what I'm allergic to. THANKS FOR THE PRAYERS!!!!!! I'll let you know the good news when the dr confirms what the Spirit has assured me.

Great news, Benson...! Thank you Lord!

As one who suffers with MANY allergies and now more than a couple food allergies... I can say "anything is possible".

It might not even be something you ate...It could be a bug that bit you...after this bout with chiggers and I didn't know we had them in PA, I can tell you there are lots of things in my body going whacky... arthritis like symptoms, etc... and the guts were all messed up.

Histimine release in our bodies can raise a ruckus!

Keep us posted...till then, prayers continue.

Well my Dr still feels a hard spot and has me scheduled for a CT scan this afternoon. The Spirit supplied confidence is still there though. So keep the prayers coming.

Well the CT scan was inconclusive so they are setting up a PET scan as soon as the insurance OKs it. Still have a Spirit given confidence that everything will be OK.
