My first, time my Dad's in Heaven on Fathers Day, I miss ya poppa, mom and the girls do too. I miss you Dad....God bless , mark

Bayou- I miss mine too and it has been 9 years this year.  I won't say you miss them any less,but it does get easier.  Our prayers are sent to you and your family.  Your year of firsts are always hard.

Know your hurt. Praying for comfort only God the Father of fathers can give. I lost mine when I was 2 and still hurt.
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

Good thing is that all our loved ones gone on ahead now stand perfect in Christ's presence and know our hearts better than we do, ...just as He does.

You Dad knows...

Keep the Son in your eyes.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!
