Please pray for a young girl
« on: August 12, 2009, 11:15:00 PM »
I am here to ask for you prayers, not so much for ourselves, but the young girl that was about to give us our second child.  We got the call this afternoon and was headed to the hospital (about 3 hours away) and got another call while enroute saying that there was no heartbeat in the baby.  We are very sad, but as believers, we understand God has something else for us.  The young girl doesn't know the Lord and will be delivering the baby this evening, probably as I type this.  God has comforted us in ways that I simply don't understand, but "C" needs your prayers.  Thanks in advance for reading and your prayers.

Sorry to read.

Prayers for you, your wife, and "C" in your loss. Prayers for you to be able to share your faith, comfort, and love, to "C", and her ears are open.

God Bless,
David B.

Prayers for all involved...
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

May this be the open door for the Lord to find his way inhto that young girl's heart.

Blessings and continued peace for you and your wife as you wait on His perfect Will.

Prayers sent. It is heartbreaking, but I do believe God knows what he's doing.

God is not master of life and death. This power belongs to the creatures who inhabit this Earth. Yet, is always a sad day when life is taken from somebody who barely ever had it in the first place.

I pray not, for this is not what I find best. Instead, I wish for you the strength to stand tall, even now when everything seems to be at it's worst.

WE pray for the conviction of the Holy Spirit (not the condemnation of the world) to fall upon this young lady in such a way that she can't find peace until she reaches out for the loving arms of a God that so wants to comfort her in such a way that she has never known!!!!!!!
JESUS LOVES ME THIS I KNOW!!!!

I accept and respect your belief, but there is no God. This, however, is not the right place to discuss this. I wish the young lady all the best in life.

Dear Lord,

Thank you for your kind mercy.  You are too good to us.   You love us beyond our comprehension, and Your grace is sufficient to cover our iniquities.

You have told us to ask You when we are in need, because You already know this need-

We ask for Your comfort and peace, that only the Holy Spirit can provide in this time of loss.
We ask for You to use this event to further Your kingdom, and that you speak to this young girls heart, with gentleness and Love like only you can.

We love You and worship You and ask these things of You in Christ's name,

Amen

Just a quick update....

"C" is still in the hospital and has had a two blood transfusions and has other complications not to mention double pneumonia.  I cannot imagine the physical and emotional stress she is under.  Please remember her in your prayers.  My family is okay at this point, but "C" is not doing well.  To complicate things more, we are also getting conflicting stories about the death of the baby.

Prayers continue my friend, both for you and your wife and this young lass...to be in the fix she's in with nothing to hang onto... how tragic.

May God's grace wrap her in His loving arms and provide her someone to witness to His love and salvation.
