Prayers for a friend. *Update*
« on: December 28, 2009, 05:59:00 PM »
Have a friend who was diagnoised with stage 4 cancer. He is 36 yrs old with a wife and 3 daugthers....just started feeling run down and went to the doc...they have started treatments...but really need God to work in this situation. He has a strong faith and that helps...but we are all struggling with this. Thanks in advance...I know there are some prayer warriors on this site!

***The family is at the hospital...the doctors say he has just a few hours left. Please pray for his wife and children. Also his side of the family is not saved and being very harsh.***

Prayers for the Lord's Will to be done and that through our prayers, He might choose to allow your friend to be totally healed to better witness to His Glory, Power and Love.

Praying for God's best

Upon renewal of bone cancer and a trail toward terminal illness, my Uncle shared with me he'd be healed... When I asked, "But...what if you're not?" He replied, "Son, even death is God's perfect healing. I'll be standing perfect with Jesus!"

May your friend know this blessed peace. May the family be brought, through other's witness, to know Christ.

Gotta be tough for those left behind. Your friend, if he knew Jesus, is healed and whole.

I still don't knwo what to believe if someone dies prior to getting to know Him...I'm conflicted.

Be well Terry. You've lifted up your friend and his family. Now it's time to "let God, let go."

Prayers that you might find a way to witness to those left behind in the right time and way. God will equip.

Keep your quiver full. Keep the Son in your eyes!
