Bittersweet request
« on: February 02, 2010, 08:55:00 AM »
I find myself stumbling around needing some prayer for my wife and myself as we deal with something we were not expecting to happen so soon. While in the long run we will be given the best gift you could ask for the jounery will be a bumpy one for a little while. I would ask you to pray for strenght and direction as we move into this new area in our faimlys life. Right now it is still a raw subject but will scab over and heal in time. With no more information then that please pray for us as we continue on this trail. God has set this plan in motion and we are praying to find out what He would have us do.

In HIS service

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!

Well with the grace of God we have a plan to move forward. It has been a rough few weeks but as I said the end result will be grand. My wife and I would like to thank all of you for your prayers. We felt all of them. You guys are great and thanks to those of you who put this web sight together. God bless you all. By the way I am getting a son-in-law in May and another grandbaby in mid september. God is great and good.........

Blessings on all concerned, Dusty.  Sounds like you've been handed a hatful, but it looks like you've allowed the Love of Jesus to shine through your disappointment and it's bore fruit!

Blessings on the whole crew!
