Doc is the kind of guy you would want your daughter to go out with.

Don't know about that!  He has a hard time keeping a job! LOL!  As I am sure you are aware, Doc, that was a joke!

'Sides he's to old for my daughter, but maybe my mom!

Doc is a good big brother!

Oy... George...ya old stinker you!!  :)

I only wish I could measure up to those wonderful things said in print here, but regardless of other's opinion, the Lord and I both know (and He better even than I) the depth of my own sinfulness.

As another on this site long ago posted, "I'm but a leaky, rusty bucket that the Lord sometimes uses..."

Thank you. Y'all bring near tears to my eyes. Maybe someday before I die I can measure up to your accolades... but thanks for saying so now.

Let me tell ya all something about Doc....
Last year on Oct.26th Doc was by my side when I was all the way over the other side of this world Adopting another orphaned child...This little girl has Special needs and we had to adjust our lives a little but We were the ones who are Blessed in caring for her.... Anyway I felt like Doc was right there through the whole adoption process as I posted back and forth to him...He really has a Heart of Gold and at times I sense Doc is too hard on Himself and beats himself up thinking he doesn't fit in..Well Brother Doc I want you to know you are like family here and if we didn't have a prayer warrior like you we would all be lost...You are a good man no matter how many rusty holes you think you have...Just remember "Jesus" has patched up those rusty holes and your bucket is full of good water my friend...

Ok...you guys have GOT TO STOP! I feel like I'm at my own funeral being Eulogized.

This here is about praying for people who need help...let's get to work.

I aint all that even with a bag of chips, so puuleeze quit this afore I bleed to death through my face.  :o

And, Keefer, just paying it forward (great movie) and returning what's been done unto me by others here. Can never pay back what some have offered up, so payin forward is the only choice. You gave back as good as you got from me in spades by making me feel I did something. That is all anyone can ask or deserves...

If'n Jesus patched the holes, Satan keeps on punchin new ones cause I just ain't all that no matter what appearances might present.

Lord knows and so do I that I don't even deserve to be on here in His name.

Now let's go get busy petititoning the Lord to help all these people with REAL issues and problems, eh?  :saywhat:

Just to see that Doc has posted makes me open a matter and see how he has responded and to see his encouragement to not just the one who is asking but also those of us who read it. It seem to always be right on time and something you can apply to your life at the time. Doc thanks for being who you are and for allowing God to use your mind and fingers to enrich all of us here on this web site. It makes me glad to know that you have my back whenever you know I have a need. You are always right on time with your encouragement and advice. I know you have your struggles and still you take time to do what you do here. Thank you for your time and prayers......... I'm proud to call you friend but mostly to call you my  BROTHER..........Dusty

dusty from things i've read your right along beside doc, your light also shines, thanks my brother for your words of encouragement and willingness to be obedient. GOD bless you. i'll also say thanks to everyone here that are praying for the people in need, lets be honest here, it's mostly the brothers and sisters in christ that are even on this part of this form. going on so many others, the prayers and concerns is what drew me here in the first place. may GOD bless you all.

Doc helped me through the hardest time I've ever had in my life a year ago when my sister passed. His heart felt caring words will never be forgotten as long as I'm breathing. You truly are an Angel in disguise.
                      Thanks again Doc,

All this for a low-down cookie thief?!!
Well, if that is the worst of his sins...   :wavey:

And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.
