Been sometime
« on: November 07, 2010, 07:03:00 AM »
since I posted in here. Seems I let busy take over and well then He lets me know about it. I have read a few posts and see the Great thanks yous on here. God is Good. I for one will be the first to say I am Blessed and have been really my whole knife by Him and can say I never deserved it. If any of you find the  the time I can always use prayer for health and for strength. Not many hunting forums have a prayer form like TradGang that I know for sure. Thanks <><

we're always glad to here from our brothers and sisters, how there doing, and to lift them up in prayer. i to have been pre-occupied with the rut kicking in here in ohio, i had family and friends come up from alabama to hunt, we pretty much hunted, slept, and ate. i did pray in my stand but didn't check for new prayer request. one of the great things about this site is there is always many watchful eyes and ears, we have eachother covered. isn't it great that GOD hears our prayers through our hearts. it's good to hear from you, also keep us in your prayers. GOD LOVES YOU, and so do we.

Frank you come to mind often and prayers are sent. Looks like God has your back. God's best to you.

You and your wife are both in prayers...remembering that you both had a tough go not long ago.

Continue prayers for both you and Shell.

AS I was reading all the post here on this request I find myself also thinking about what all I have been doing of late. I too have been BUSY this last couple of months. I work a 21 day rotation so it doesn’t take long to be out of touch on some things. I once was reading about what BUSY means to us as Christians in our everyday life. I think we are kept BUSY by the devil to keep us from spending time doing what we have been created for and that is worship, praise and study of God's word. When you think about being BUSY you have to admit that we tend to put those three things on a back burner as something that can wait. I have found in my life that when I delay these three things I get more BUSY until I am in overload. That is when I cry out and say Lord where are you? But as the loving Father that He is I realize that He is right where I left Him. That it is me that has become too BUSY to seek His face (In study) and feel His presents (In Prayer) and find His joy (In Praise) because I'm too BUSY. With that being said BUSY could become an acronym for;
B being
U under
S satan's
Y yoke
We are BUSY doing good things and yet forsaking the things that keep us form a full fellowship with our Heavenly Father who empowers us to do good things. We have become disconnected with our power supply and soon our battery will become too weak to keep our light shining for all to see. That will be the time that the (Roaring Lion) that 1 Peter 5:8 talks of comes charging in seeking to devour us. So I want to pray for all of us to not only pray for healing or wisdom or protection or anything else we need in our lives but also that we stay connected to the one who keeps us charged up and standing strong. I pray that we all do as 2 Tim 2:15 says. Study to show thy self approved a workman that need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. We must have Prayer, Praise and Study in our lives to keep from becoming too BUSY........Dusty
