Prayers for my wife
« on: March 08, 2011, 09:03:00 AM »
We found out last night that my wifes older sister has colon cancer and will be having surgery this morning. The Dr told her because of the condition of her lungs from 60 yrs of smoking she may not make it through the surgery. Bert is at peace with Jesus and chose to go ahead with the surgery. So this new stress on top of my cancer its really tough on my wife. So asking prayers for God's comfort and strength for my wife and a safe surgery for her sister.

Danged Dude... wish I'd have caught this earlier!

prayers for that wonderful woman who lives with you all these years!  :)

Prayers for her dear sister...May His Grace and Love bouy her through the surgery and allow His plan for fullfillment to come forth, whatever that might be!

Peace for your bride in spades. She's got a lot right now...

Thanks for the prayers. Maxine's sister came through the surgery fine. Once they get the labs back they'll know what they need to do next.

Great news. Great name:Maxine! With a name like the Cartoon Character, hopefully, your wife's sis got the same "sass" and will use it to rally and fight hard!   :)

Prayers for peace, discernment and healing ...and patience waiting on the results from the lab!

Doc Maxine's older sister IS the head of sass. Maxine talked to her this morning and Bert said she as doing great. Max asked Bert if she was a bit foggy when she was coming out of the anesthesia. Bert said she was never foggy because she has taken good care of herself.
The best is Bert is comfortable with what she will have to do to get back up and running.

Bert and Maxine....now there sounds to be a pair to draw to!

Prayers for the best for dear Aunt Bert and for Max to keep on being strong.

May healing be quick and Bert regain her verve and be out there being Bert soon!
