What it means to me
« on: June 14, 2013, 12:19:00 PM »
Reading through the prayers/concerns/honors/ailments for the first time has really touched me. It has made such an impression on me to see the support from fellow tradgang members many of which are believers. Most are total strangers yet genuinely love and care for everyone. It just really put things into perspective and has given me a better hold on what it really means to be a follower of Christ. I'm so grateful for this site and to be a part of a group like this. God bless you all and thank you.

Any "man" who would be humiliated, spit upon, tortured, beaten and then had nails driven through his body and left to hang in public view till he suffocated...sets a standard of acceptance and love that I cannot fathom-- nor duplicate.

Best I can do is try, in my fallible and infantile way, to mirror even a smattering of that devotion to others.

Recognize, Tristan, that only a small fraction of those who follow here daily and pray for others fervently, EVER post a word!
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!
