Please pray for my Wife
« on: August 02, 2016, 03:10:00 PM »
My wife Linda had breast cancer 3 yrs ago ... just today we find out that another small mass has been located. They will test her this Friday and we will meet with the Doc. next Tuesday. PLease pray that the mass is clean .. no cancer. Our Lord can do anything all we need to do is ask and pray for it. Thank you Steve. Once we meet with the Doc. next week I'll be sure to send an update out.

Amen Praying that God's Living Word gives health and protection to your wife's body
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

Steve,

YOu got the prayers for sure!  Much being done in that area, but as you say, HIS will be done.

Prayers for healing and a clean slate!

We'll be praying for you too.

This is my response to another post but, I believe it is applicable here as well.

[Our prayers are with you and yours.

My wife and I have just (June 18 or so) begun cancer treatment at CTCA for her breast cancer. I can only imagine what two years must be like. Always remember, there is no trouble larger than the Creator of Heaven and Earth and he has promised to never leave us or forsake us. Our God is faithful.

When I was having trouble coping and began to question "why", a friend and brother in Christ told me, "Iron ore is just a useless rock until it passes through the fires of a forge."

Keep your focus on Christ.

Colossians 3:2

Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.]
7 “But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you;
8 or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you.
9 Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this?
10 In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.
Job 12:7-10

Credit where credit is due. Thank you, Jesus!
