Praise and prayer request
« on: April 29, 2017, 09:24:00 AM »
Just learned our own Benson was hospitalized all this past week... I'll let it to him if he wants to share details, but he just got home.

They found some infections and other issues but he's feeling great I'm told, so a praise there!!!

Thank you, Lord Jesus!

Prayers for continued recovery and no recurrences of the varied issues
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

Thanks guys, I made the mistake of eating a salad which plugged up my innards. So 4 days with no food or water except iv fluids. Made my face shrivel like a prune. While in they found I had a high white count and high kidney numbers so they put me on iv antibiotics. I've been fighting that for months. Now I have more energy than I've had in six months.
I'm still suffering symptoms of high blood pressure and water retention so can use Word based prayers

Well met with the oncologist today and he strongly pushed for me to get together with the urologist and have nephrostomy tubes put in both kidneys to prevent they're loss. These would be permanent. He says there are new drugs that work on the cancer I have but my kidneys have to be healthy before I can take them. I'll be praying for God's wisdom and will. Thanks

Kidneys tend to be rather important...

May God continue to bless you and provide insight and direction to your choices...

Keep the Son in your eyes!  You always do!  :)
