i was thinking about purchasing the full-shot glove. $70 is alot for a shooting glove, just wanted to get some opinions from those that have experience with this glove. also considering big shot.  thanks, scot

that is ALOT for a glove. Make your own out of the best designer leather with that cost. Or just buy a cheap one like the rest of us.

You can't go wrong with American Leather gloves.  I prefer the original "Slick Shot" myself.  They can't be beat at any price.

I recommend the American Leathers Schulz-Insert Shooting Glove, Better glove and almost half the price. Feels stiff first few shots, but breaks in real sweet and maintains strength.

i like the idea of finger stahls that stay put, and glove that fits tight. i googled "shulz-insert" haven't been able to find that one.

Once you use a Big Shot glove you won't go back to any other. Great if you shoot a heavy pull bow too

Glove was the best I've ever used.  Never had a better release than I did with this product.  One draw back may be how you're using it; I had a hunt in warm weather (mid-90's every day), and the glove was too warm for this hunt.  Other than this it was perfect.

I have a Big Shot. The first one I had to send back because the index finger stall twisted to the point that the synthetic pad was off to the side of my finger. I sent the second one back because I didn't care for the workmanship.The third one twisted, too, but not as much. I like the release I get with the Big Shot, but I wish the stalls were sewn with one seam instead of two. That's a lot of leather right at the arrow nock during the draw, and I have to double check that the arrow hasn't pulled off the sideplate at full draw.

May be technique, but it's a problem I didn't have with my old glove. Just some food for thought.

And on the other side...I've tried them both even before they were "cool"   :D , they're local. Could never get used to it. It's a preference thing. Borrow one and use it for awhile if you can before you drop that much cash in it.

All the Schulz stuff is high quality craftsmanship.

I have a Big Shot and think it's great. If the finger stalls get loose, you can tighten them. I just run some water down in the tips and let them dry.

The full shot is the best glove I ahve shot.  Won't go back to any o' the others.  Super clean release, and very well made.

I got a big shot today i dont like it finger stalls are to short for me ,I will be sending it back.

Never used a full shot, but have been shooting a big shot for about 5 years.  They are pricey, but I still have the two gloves I started with.  They're looking a little ratty, but still do what they're intended to.  Excellent glove, particularly for heavier draw bows.  Unless you're going to be hunting in a lot of cold weather, might consider the big shot instead of the full shot, quite a bit less expensive.
