Western Expo. 2008
« on: December 30, 2007, 12:27:00 PM »
Hey guy's,
Are any of you planning to attend this event?  I have heard rumors that there were many unhappy people last year and that some may not return this year. Let's overcome the difficulties of last year and keep this thing alive!  Perhaps offering a room to some of the out of town vendors would make it easier (financially) for them to attend.  Maybe a sign up list could be made of those who are seeking a room and those who can host? Any other ideas?  I think we really need to support this venue as best we can.

Idabow -- there was a long thread on this about a month ago. It's the only such national event I attend, and I love it. I'll be there again, absolutely, and after they got the heat on, I really enjoy last year's big tent event. Thanks for your efforts to make it easier for folks to attend. dave

I am going to try and make it over, not for sure at this point.I will have to see how the cash flow is going.Rooms, food but also this year gasoline is up there in price a bit........I really have'nt any used bows or collectables to sell right now.So I most likely will not need a table. But I will try and make it over.bowdoc

I am really hoping to go, and am willing to drive a goup of guys from the greater Salt Lake City area, that means you too Vance!  Anyway, I can fit four total in my Explorer, if more want to come from this area we may need to find a bigger vehicle.  I am thinking splitting the gas and hotel and the whole thing could be pretty economical.  Feel free to contact me if interested.
