I'm sure Curtis will be plenty busy...besides,It's always good to know how to do it yourself...really isn't much diff. than a deer Rob....but maybe you haven't done any of them either...hmmmm...Check out the links....nothing to it really,I don't understand why everyone doesn't do there own butchering....

I agree Guru ,the only animal I didn't do my self was the first archery deer I shot 30 some years ago. After that I wouldn't trust anyone else with the care of game that my family was eating.Everyones idea of proper cooling and handling is different,it greatly affects the the quality of the finished product.I always wonder if the meat you get back is always the animal you took in.  Thanks,  Ben
I would've taken better care of myself,if I'd known I was gonna live this long!

TTT please.

I couldn't find anything instructive on YouTube??? Could you PM me with the links please?
I tried searching for 'field dressing hogs', 'Hog butchering', 'Pig Butchery' & all I got was a bunch of Albanians slaughtering pigs  :(
