Delaying the inevitable???shoulder problem
« on: December 30, 2007, 08:05:00 PM »
My bow arm shoulder is so darn sore from an old injury. I takes 2 or 3 pulls on the string for me to just feel okay before my shoulder says lets see how it goes from here before I start to shoot. My son who has has 2 shoulder surgeries has shown me his post-op therapy with the rubber bands so I will give that a go. I have a doc. appt. in 6 weeks hopefully the tendons are just a little weak and I will quit complaining......yeah right!!!

Rick, smart thing to let a Dr. decide. I just had surgery in July and it was the best thing I have done in a long time. I am gonna have my left shoulder done soon. I hope ya do not need it, but get a good doc ya trust and see what he says! Best of luck!! Shawn
